Cloud-native detection engineering
Most Kubernetes security work stalls not because teams lack intent, but because the gap between "we should do this" and "this is actually running in production" is full of decisions nobody has written down, rollout orders nobody has agreed on, and detection rules that fire constantly and get ignored.
We work in that gap.
ClarifyIntel is a specialist practice focused on cloud-native detection engineering and security rollout. We build Falco detection packs tied to real threat techniques, Pod Security rollout plans that engineering teams can actually execute without breaking developer velocity, and supply chain reviews that turn Trivy noise into a prioritized action list.
We are not a generic DevOps shop. We do not run your infrastructure or staff your SOC. We do not sell a platform or a dashboard. What we do is ship concrete security artifacts — detection rules, rollout plans, triage guides — that your team can deploy and own.
Runtime visibility comes before policy enforcement. We build detection content tied to MITRE ATT&CK Containers — not generic alert rules, but detection specs with triage logic your team can actually act on.
A correct policy that breaks developer workflow has not made anything more secure. Every rollout plan we produce maps enforcement phases to developer impact — warn before audit, audit before enforce.
We do not deliver slide decks. Every engagement produces a deployable artifact — a Falco ruleset, a namespace classification document, a Trivy findings report with remediation — that your team owns after the engagement ends.
Detection content should be visible. The Kube Detection Labs are free and open — each lab covers one threat scenario with a Falco rule, MITRE mapping, triage guide, and remediation. The GitHub repo contains open-source baseline artifacts your team can use directly.
If you want to talk through your current detection coverage, a Pod Security rollout that has stalled, or a Trivy report that has not become an action plan — send a note. We are happy to have a direct conversation before anything formal.
